MEET OUR TEAM

KRISTY CRAIG ANDERSON, Executive Director
Kristy has been "reimagining" home interiors since the age of 6, when she would deck out her family's small apartment with bed sheet curtains and paint shoe box tops for custom artwork. After a long career as an Assistant Principal and graduating from a masters program in Business Management while decorating on the side, Kristy followed a new dream and started Dwell Staging in 2014 with the goal to bring fresh, contemporary staging to the Tampa Bay area. Since its humble beginnings as a sole proprietorship serving a house at a time out of her garage, Dwell has grown into a 9,000 square foot warehouse with a talented team of 13 who stage hundreds of homes per year. Kristy holds a Designer Staging Professional Designation from Transformations School of Staging, is a member of local and national staging associations (HSRA, Resa-Pro), and was named "Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging" - RESA 2018 and 2019, "Top 10 Luxury Home Stager in the US" - RESA 2019, “Top 5 Stager in the Industry” by HSRA and a "Top 10 Rising Star Home Stager in the Country" by RESA in 2016 and 2017. Her work has been featured on the HGTV hit shows "90 Day Dream Home" and "Container Homes", in House Trends and Luxury Lifestyle Magazines, and in the Real Estate Book "From the Top". When not staging, Kristy be found exploring in her RV with husband Marc and dog Wally, perusing design blogs, and growing her spiritual life. She is guided daily from above by her beautiful mom Bridget who taught her to leap far and often, and trust the universe to catch her.
