Walk and Talk Consultation-Occupied Homes: Beginning with curb appeal, we walk through each room/area of the home and give detailed, actionable suggestions on furniture rearranging, paint colors, decor re-purposing, purchase recommendations, lighting, decluttering, and cosmetic enhancements when necessary....all designed to streamline your space and market your home as a PRODUCT worth TOP DOLLAR! $250 and up
Speed Stage: 2 hours with a Stager and Assistant. Our team will rearrange your furniture, decor, and artwork for optimal showing, all in 2 action packed hours! Focus spent in high-impact, money-making rooms of the home. A jaw-dropping and efficient transformation sure to bring in offers!
Staging Success Checklist Included.
Total Transformation: 6 total hours with up to 2 Stagers. 1 hour consultation visit to offer pre-staging recommendations, and up to 5 hours with a Stager and Assistant for total restlying of your current interiors for optimal showing. If decor purchases or Dwell furniture rentals are needed, those suggestions mare made during consultation and rentals (when applicable) will arrive with the stagers on Transformation Day. Using proven design techniques coupled with industry knowledge on buyer habits and interior marketing, rooms will be restlyed for a depersonalized yet high-impact design with a consistent color story, optimal furniture flow, and customized approach based on home's style, neighborhood comps, and the target market.
