ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Our stagers create and/or implement demographic-focused staging installations enhanced by their awesome creativity and our successful Dwell brand. Leading and performing staging installations within our large service area: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, and Manatee counties, our stagers are client+buyer-focused, have strong attention to detail, and are familiar with current design trends. He/she communicates with clients about logistics and design, schedules photography, previews homes, periodically selects and documents inventory needed and pulls and packs inventory, stages home while directing 2 logistics team members, and follows up with clients. Most importantly, our stagers are Happy, Humble, Hungry and Honest... which are the pillars of our fantastic organization.
Are willing to work 18-40+ hours a week
Have an extremely flexible schedule
Can be available on short notice
Have some design/decorating/staging experience - professionally or as a hobby
Are familiar with current interior design trends
Are open to physically demanding, hot, exhausting work
Are willing to pack, unpack, restock, steam, and clean inventory and keep our warehouse organized and on point.
Are equal parts team player, self-starter, and problem solver
Are okay with driving a lot (mileage is reimbursable in most cases for projects outside of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties)

Are ready to make $18-21 per hour for this position. Training pay could be a bit less. This pay may increase as Dwell grows and as you become ready for more responsibility.

A casual 2-3 minute video about who you are and why you want to be a home stager and on the Dwell team is a FANTASTIC addition to your application, though not required.
Be ready to attend a fun design AUDITION. You will come to our warehouse (in Brandon/Palm River area) and play with our cool furniture and decor! More details on this to come.
Be ready to come in for a 1 hour interview slot in February or March. We will only have interviews on one or two days, so you'll need to make yourself available for it :)
1 or more years experience in interior design, decorating, home staging, or related field preferred
Detailed-oriented and organized
